Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards, and most flexible spending account payment cards.
Kindly give 24 hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment. A fee of $20 will be charged for acupuncture appointments missed without proper notice. Massage appointments that are missed without 24 hour notice will be charged for the full price of the massage, e.g. a missed 60 minute massage owes $65.
Due to our low sliding scale fees, we do not accept insurance claims. We are happy to provide you a receipt to submit for reimbursement. Our receipts do not include any medical codes (e.g. ICD-10 or diagnosis codes).
If you are more than 20 minutes late for an appointment we reserve the right to reschedule you for a later available appointment time.

Tips for Bodywork and Cupping Patients
Dress for Access: Circle CA is a community clinic without private rooms. You will not be undressing for your bodywork session at Circle CA but please bring or come in comfortable clothes with thin material that allows access for movement and deeper pressure. If you wish to get cupping therapy in a specific area, bring or wear clothes that allow physical access to those areas.
Communication: Inform your therapist about any tension, injury or health condition (new or old). During your session, don’t be shy to let your therapist know if the pressure becomes uncomfortable.
Breath: Once you are on the table, try to focus on taking full, deep breaths in order to quiet your mind and relax your body. Breath work can be helpful in convincing your muscles to release tension. Let your therapist do the work in lifting your arms and legs. Allow your body to sink into the table.
Frequency Guidelines, Every body is Different: For a new injury/concern aim for once a week for at least 4-6 weeks. In this time, the goal is to retrain your muscle memory. Once a month is best for ongoing maintenance.
Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Canceling within 24 hours of the session or not showing for your appointment will result in being charged the lower end of the sliding scale for the massage (e.g. $65 fee for 60 minute massage).
